• Engineering graduate
  
• Minimum of 3 years job experience manpower planning and supervision in electronics, semiconductor or automotive industry
  
• Track record in yield, ppm, cycle time and process improvements
  
• Excellent supervisory skills; Six Sigma certification will be provided
