Customer Service Representative

A different type of job from call center that promotes customer loyalty through analytical approach. Scope of responsibility is managing order until delivery of products in a manufacturing organization.

• Graduate of any four-year degree course
  
• Minimum of two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing/ distribution environment
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge preferred
  
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to read, speak and write any of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, Italian and Spanish
