JOB PURPOSE:

  • Monitors high, medium and low risk Customer Assistance Representatives to ensure proper implementation of Collections strategies in order to control delinquency, flow rates, productivity and credit losses.
  • Coach, train and mentor Customer Assistance Supervisor in the performance of their responsibilities.
  • Review and streamline internal processes to increase collector productivity and efficiency.
  • Recommend motivational programs to enhance team and individual performance.
  • Suggest ways and means to improve collection strategies that will control portfolio delinquency.
  • Identify ways and means of making collection processes cost effective.


SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • At least 2 years of credit card product experience
  • Detailed, results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Good leadership skills
