I have opinion in life that could be extraordinary to others that logically stands with my own perception and goals in life, reality speaks when the true or actual scene is in your front and nobody could deny it. To those experiences that might give positive or negative feedback in my own style or even I say strategy and technique, perhaps the company would benefit on it. As human resources advocate, it shown the most important part of my career and tightly proven in my performance to the company presently I belong. Meant to be, I’d rather put my hands in one hotplate without annoying was cause is it. Job Evaluation – The process of comparing, ranking and evaluating jobs by the use of specific qualitative or quantitative factors, such as mental and physical skills, degrees of responsibility and working conditions.

A.Reconciliation of records by departments to system
Receiving, verifying and analyzing report coming from respective departments, i.e Absent, sick leave emergency leave without pay overtime permit and request for certificates (Salary declaration, for bank purpose, Employment for exit/resigned and NOC for re-hiring purpose inside the kingdom. I prepared employee evaluation for supervisor (4+7), workers (2+3) and employee violation report. In consideration with integrity, dependability, initiative, job knowledge and leadership among employees.
B.Clearing employees and payment of Vacation dues.
Calculation of vacation dues in proportionate basis, in this regard the employees should clearly understand and identify what was the total amount they took by the company and it is conformity with Saudi labour Law.
The vacation computation system we used is base on Italian payroll system.
C.Payroll Preparation Procedures and Steps.
In preparing payroll we consider the following strategy for the convenience;
All payments that compensate individuals for time and effort spent in the production of vessels and services rendered. The payments include not only in the ordinary course of business, narrow sense – the salary computed generally on an hourly, daily, weekly or output basis, of manual and clerical workers.
The excess time are classified as extra earnings of the employees that we totally significantly pay attention for.
The distribution of salaries in monthly basis, Time sheet separation and identification of idle employees not working for the period and cancellation otherwise.
Consolidating the documents with accounting department and formalizing the payroll Information.
Computation for End of Service Award Benefits (ESB)
In computing end of service award, we consider the length of service in the company with corresponding allocated allowances if any.
In payroll scope the reliable source of documents is in lieu with proper identification and analysis. I have Broad and wide scope in personnel and payroll jobs
